When will my order ship?

Your order ships within 5-7 business days. Tracking number will be provided via email and/or text if requested.

My order hasn't arrived. Now what?

First, check to ensure the address you provided to us is accurate. If the information you provided is incorrect, please email us. We will not replace items free of charge if the error is on your end. If you have confirmed the address is accurate, we ship using USPS and UPS. Please contact them directly with the tracking number provided to follow-up on your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I need a custom gift but you aren't accepting custom orders right now. Help!

Please email us using the contact us form and we'll see if we are able to help. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

Yes! There is a minimum requirement of 10 in order to receive a discount on bulk orders. However there is also an upcharge on bulk orders that are needed in under 2 weeks.

Do you charge extra for adding photos or names to items?

We do not charge extra for adding a name to an item. For photos, there is an additional $5 surcharge.
